It was nearly 70 years ago, around 1945, that the founding stone to a rich legacy was laid, when Shreedhar Govind Mhapralkar bought space on Dadar’s Ranade Road and began manufacturing gold jewellery by the company name: S.G.MHAPRALKAR
Subsequently, the tradition was carried forward by his son, Narendra Mhapralkar, who built on his father’s humble beginnings and established S.G.MHAPRALKAR as a showroom.
The family business got further impetus when Anand Mhapralkar took over the reins from his father and adapted the jewellery business into a Brand AnuAnand.
For over many decades, our master artisans have blended time-honored techniques with modern design to create pieces that stand the test of time. Every gem is ethically sourced, every metal is responsibly refined, and every detail is inspected by hand to ensure enduring beauty and brilliance.
